Overview

Regent’s Place is a 13 acre, fully managed campus, with over 20,000 workers and residents. With excellent local and international transport links and the latest in sustainable design, it is a lively mix of retail, leisure and public spaces. It benefits from its location between one of London’s most beautiful parks, the heart of the West End and the Knowledge Quarter, home to 8 universities, 22 museums and galleries, 580 research centres and more than 3,000 scientists.

We're undergoing a period of real transformation, helping it to attract a broader mix of occupier. Being uniquely positioned in the Knowledge Quarter, close to a range of academic and research institutions including University College London, the Wellcome Trust and the Francis Crick Institute, we're in the process of repositioning for growth in life sciences and innovation.

Storey, our flexible workspace brand, is open at 338 Euston Road and we have completed a major redevelopment project at 1 Triton Square, a 370,000 sq ft BREEAM outstanding building. The campus has excellent transport links to Euston and Kings Cross stations.

At the heart of the campus is Regent's Place Plaza, a place to meet, relax and be entertained. We have doubled the size of this plaza and added new walkways, connecting our campus with the local neighbourhood.

The campus also has two residential buildings and the Diorama theatre. The campus has close ties to the local community through the Regent’s Place Community Fund and other long term partnerships.

Scott Sallée of dentsu, Regent’s Place customer

By bringing together different occupiers of Regent’s Place, British Land is enabling us to maximise and amplify our impact by helping us collaborate and come together to solve things that matter to us as a community. It’s really enjoyable for our teams to have these volunteering opportunities and to come together in great networks."
